Off10, whose real name is Napolian Marquez Powell, was shot dead on June 30 around 7 p.m. at the 6300 block of Stirling Road. According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the rapper was wanted for fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement. He also had a DNA warrant related to a Broward firearms investigation.
