BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A crash on I-95 in Palm Beach County shut down the southbound express lanes Saturday afternoon, causing delays.
According to FL511, the crash happened around 3:50 p.m. on I-95 South just beyond Exit 50 at Congress Avenue.
