Rizzuto, 39, was arrested early Friday morning in the area of 500 NE Spanish River Boulevard. While we are awaiting the complete arrest report, BocaNewsNow.com has learned that Roxann was driving a Black 2026 Rolls Royce SUV when she was stopped around 1:20 a.m.
While it’s unclear what specifically led to the traffic stop, she allegedly provided two breath samples to police that were recorded as .158 and .154. The legal limit in Florida is .08, meaning Roxann’s breath alcohol content was nearly two times what’s allowed in the Sunshine State. She was arrested on the scene and booked into jail a few hours later.
Roxanna Rizutto lives several miles from the scene of the traffic stop. Boca Bridges is a GL Homes community that spans 441 to Lyons Road, roughly one mile north of Clint Moore. The address she provided police — on Carretto Court — is valued at $3,400,000 according to Palm Beach County records. Her name, however, is not listed as an owner of the property. It is, however, listed as an owner of another property in the community on Rosella Road. That house is also valued at $3.4M.
