Spirit Airlines’ former headquarters in Dania Beach, Florida, will soon have a new owner.
The Miami Herald reported Thursday that DPC HoldCo LLC submitted the winning bid for the property at an auction on Tuesday. The entity, an affiliate of Boston investment firm Hill City Capital, agreed to pay $93.25 million in cash, the newspaper said.
The results of the auction were revealed on Wednesday. The deal will have to be approved by the bankruptcy court overseeing Spirit’s liquidation, and a hearing is scheduled for Aug. 19…
