The Ombelle Fort Lauderdale luxury condominium development slated for Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village recently held a groundbreaking ceremony.
The event marked the completion of pre-construction test piles and the start of the next phase of development. Work on the community, which will feature two 44-story towers at 300 NE Third Ave., is expected to wrap up in 2028.
