A Tamarac man accused of beating a pregnant woman and kicking a 1-year-old during an attack at a hotel has been taken into custody.
Broward County Sheriff’s Office records show Fritz Junior Finisse, 22, was wanted on charges of aggravated battery on a pregnant woman and child abuse without great bodily harm stemming from an alleged September 5 attack at the WoodSpring Suites, 5751 Madison Avenue.
According to the arrest affidavit, deputies were called to the hotel after a reported domestic battery. Investigators said Finisse and the woman had been living together at the hotel and that the woman was 12 weeks pregnant with Finisse’s child, and investigators said he knew about the pregnancy…
