Bond Broker Charged With DUI After Boca Raton Maggiano’s Crash

Allegedly Told Boca Cops: “F All Of You. F-Ing Arrest Me.”

A Boca Raton officer spotted the Tesla with tag KZMC06 and pulled it over near the restaurant. Laurino stepped out slowly, according to the arrest report, with bloodshot and glassy eyes. He allegedly stumbled and slurred his words as he talked to the officer. He first told police he had no recollection of any crash. He later admitted he had struck a black Toyota Tacoma and left because, he allegedly told police, someone told him to go home.

Police say Laurino agreed to run through field sobriety exercises and struggled through all of them, at one point telling the officer, “I am not balanced right now, I am a little drunk, you are right.” During the one-leg-stand test, he put his foot down repeatedly and, using profanity by telling the officers, “F–k all of you. F—–g arrest me.” He was taken into custody. Police say he later blew breath-alcohol readings of 0.201 and 0.207, more than double Florida’s legal limit of 0.08.

Laurino, who lists an address on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach as his home, was charged with DUI with property damage and leaving the scene of a crash. He was booked into jail and later released on $1250 bond…
