Miami-born Magie Wine Bar is heading north, with plans to open its third location — and first outside Miami-Dade County — in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village this fall.
The neighborhood wine bar will open in October at 551 N. Federal Highway, bringing its combination of Spanish and Portuguese wines, playful food, and late-night programming to Fort Lauderdale.
The 1,400-square-foot location comes from co-owners Caroline Strauss and chef Ivan Barros, who have built a following for Magie through locations in Miami’s Little River and Coconut Grove neighborhoods…
