BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A man is accused of stealing from a construction site in Boca Raton, according to the Boca Raton Police Department.
BRPD says that Thomas Patrick O’Brien, 40, was arrested on Tuesday for allegedly pulling off a construction site theft. Deputies say that they saw O’Brien near a demolished home at 7401 NE Bay Cove Court on Sunday at around 3:08 a.m. equipped with a GMC Envoy and an untagged open trailer.
According to BRPD, the site had a prominent sign warning that trespass and theft at the site were felonies. They also say that they saw an exterior air-conditioning unit, copper piping, and other metal components on the trailer as O’Brien drove away…
