BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. — Former Broward Sheriff’s Office sergeant Scott Nelson Nida was arrested Thursday night for violating the terms of pretrial services, according to an warrant issued by BSO.
This was Nida’s fifth arrest this year.
The warrant states that Nida, 55, was released to the Broward County Pretrial Services Program on July 30 “for the offenses of robbery/no weapon, grand theft auto, false imprisonment, tampering with witness/victim/informant” and “battery touch or strike.”…
