WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (SOUTH FLORIDA SUN SENTINEL) — Rodent issues — including a dead one behind an oven and 260 droppings inside an oven — were discovered at four of seven South Florida restaurants forced to temporarily close last week.
The state also found a variety of food temperature issues, as well as flies landing on items such as onions, takeout containers and an open bag of tortillas.
