Police say surveillance video shows a driver striking a man with his car after an argument outside a Coral Springs Dunkin’.
According to a Coral Springs Police Department arrest report, Zion Emmanuel Lewis, 21, of Pompano Beach, faces a charge of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon stemming from the September 21 incident at 9515 Westview Drive that left the victim with serious injuries.
The victim told officers he had argued with Lewis in the parking lot before Lewis struck him with his car. The impact threw him onto the hood, and he rolled off as the car drove away, the affidavit states…
