This typically means that the terms of someone’s release were violated. If true for Robertson, it’s unclear what term of his release he is accused of not following. He was initially ordered to stay in Palm Beach County after he posted bond on January 25th. Restrictions were also placed on his internet and technology use. But he requested a change to those terms so he could continue his work as a real estate agent.
Court records show that a plea hearing is set for later this year.
