A home invasion suspect sustained a gunshot wound after he and an accomplice forced their way into a South Florida Airbnb and engaged in a fight with the individual renting the property.
Per CBS News, Fort Lauderdale police said the September 24 shooting occurred at an Airbnb on Northwest 19th Avenue and 8th Street. The two suspects, identified as 18-year-old Dareon Pubien and 25-year-old Sean Thompson, broke into the home in the evening and tried to commit a robbery.
