The crash was first reported around 4:30 a.m. in the northbound lanes in the area of mile marker 79. That’s north of Glades Road and South of Atlantic.
Traffic as of 8:23 a.m was still backed up for several miles. The image above is more than two miles south of the crash scene. FHP says one lane is open starting at mile marker 77 through the scene at 79.
Expect major delays until the scene is cleared…
