Flyysoulja was arrested in Broward County on November 2 over a $75.45 Walgreens theft police said happened in March.
The Island Boys rapper, whose legal name is Alex Venegas, faced a petty theft charge, Local 10 reported, citing jail records and a Hallandale Beach police report. He had posted bond but was still at Broward County Main Jail as of Tuesday morning, November 3, the station reported.
Police placed the alleged theft on March 20 at the Walgreens on West Hallandale Beach Boulevard. They said video showed him hiding goods in his pants, checking for staff and leaving without paying.
