A “Cherished” FL Eatery Serving For 43 Years Is Closing But There’s Still A Way Get Its Food For Now

Longtime eateries can be important parts of our childhoods. We can remember having family dinners together to celebrate special occasions, eating there on weekends, or just enjoying the eatery as part of a comforting ritual.

Florida had plenty of restaurants like this, although some are gone today. Examples are Kapok Tree in Clearwater and Bud’s Chicken Take Out in Lake Worth.

Unfortunately, one long-term Florida restaurant is shutting down after 43 years, but there is a way to still enjoy it for a limited time.

About Rooster’s Restaurant: According to Jeff Eats, Roosters is a sports bar that has a phenomenal pork tenderloin sandwich, Philly cheesesteak, chicken wings, as well as lunch box specials.

The company’s website shows a selection of homemade soup, a variety of subs, and a large seafood and burger selection. Roosters has been in business for 43 years.
