BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. – A man was arrested Monday, just a day after his 19th birthday, after authorities say he led them on a chase in Broward County. According to Florida Highway Patrol Lt. Alex Camacho, troopers attempted to pull over a white BMW that was driving recklessly while heading south on Interstate 95 near Commercial Boulevard.
