In a sweep against illegal street takeovers, Miami-Dade police put the brakes on two suspects accused of wreaking havoc on county roads. On Monday, officers of the Miami-Dade Police Department publicized the arrests of Chenel Chevalier, 22, of Hollywood, and Jacardi Khaul Everett, 25, of Miami Gardens, nabbed as a part of the ongoing clampdown on reckless driving displays that endanger the public.
