SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) – Manlius Police have arrested two women involved in the network of smash-and-grab thieves known as the Felony Lane Gang. 35-year-old Marie R. Larosa of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and 56-year-old Debra M. McCarty of Oakland Park, Florida were arrested on Saturday, Feb. 10 after trying to cash fake checks.
