PALM COAST, FL – Yesterday, Wednesday, February 14, the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) recovered a vehicle reported stolen from Broward County, Florida. At around 8:20 p.m., FCSO’s Commander Dopp observed a stolen 2022 Nissan Armada at the RaceTrac gas station on SR 100 in Palm Coast. The Nissan had been reported stolen from Broward County on February 13th. Deputies conducted a high-risk traffic stop on the stolen vehicle and secured the driver, identified as Lacey Moyer, 46 of Ft. Lauderdale. Moyer also was a fugitive from Barto County, Georgia wanted for two counts of Larceny and two counts of Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.
