MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – A 25-year-old man was arrested Tuesday on accusations that he severely beat his younger sister earlier this month, Miami Gardens police said. According to his arrest report, an officer responded to the victim’s school on April 3 after a school counselor noticed that the girl had several bruises on her face and body.
