MIAMI – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) has issued a missing child alert for a 3-year-old girl out of south Miami. Shea Eminhizer was last seen on Monday, June 24 in the area of Southwest 78th Terrace, FDLE said in the release. Authorities added she may be with 41-year-old Christine Betancourt.
