DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – Two people from Miami-Dade County are accused of stealing 15 bottles of wine from a Target in Delray Beach on Tuesday night. The Delray Beach Police Department (DBPD) said officers responded to reports of an active shoplifting incident at the Target on 1200 W. Linton Boulevard.
