MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – An 18-year-old man was arrested early Friday morning, weeks after a crash in Miami Gardens that left another man dead. According an arrest warrant, Iveson Cheri was driving drunk around 4 a.m. on July 2 when his vehicle crashed into the back of another car that was stopped at a red light at the intersection of Northwest 183rd Street and 22nd Avenue.
