LAUDERDALE LAKES, Fla. – A 23-year-old man was arrested Wednesday, months after the fatal shooting of a teenager in Broward County. The Broward Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday that they had arrested Jamariel Johnson, 23, of Lauderdale Lakes, in connection with the fatal shooting of 18-year-old Decarlo Horton, who is from the same city.
