PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla – A man with ties to our area was arrested this week after being accused of video voyeurism. Kenneth Constantine, 35, of Palm Beach Gardens, was booked in the Broward County jail Thursday on video voyeurism charges after police said he placed his cellphone over a dressing room stall to spy on two women inside.
