Embattled Tamarac Commissioner Elvin Villalobos sued THE LANDINGS ON CYPRESS GREENS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION for damages in excess of $30,000, according to Broward County Court records. The lawsuit, outlined in case number CACE22010831, shows that Villalobos attempted to purchase a home located at 6071 N.W. 92nd Avenue, Tamarac, FL 33321, which is outside of his commission district.
