Two men were arrested after allegedly using a blowtorch to rob a fellow passenger on a Broward Transit bus. According to Margate Police Department records, the incident took place on August 22. It began when two men, later identified as Cedric Key, 38, and Roberson Dormevil, 30, of Tamarac, were on a bus traveling northbound on North State Road 7.
