BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) – A tip led to the arrest of two people from South Florida who are accused ofexploiting and stealing $71,000 from a disabled adult. The Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) said Bob Ely, 61, and Diane Cooper, 52, are accused of taking advantage of a woman they met at a hotel on West Oakland Park Boulevard.
