BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – Four people are accused of stealing luxury fragrances from two Ultas in different counties on Wednesday. According to the Boynton Beach Police Department (BBPD), officers responded to the Ulta Beauty, located at 363 N Congress Ave, at around 2:46 p.m. after the store assistant manager called authorities stating that several people entered the store, stole a large amount of merchandise and fled the parking lot in a silver Hyundai.
