However, one Cheesecake Factory building in Boca Raton near a major shopping center has recently sold at a premium.
About The Cheesecake Factory in Florida: This chain began in the 1940s as an actual bakery. Eventually, it would become a full-service restaurant with an extensive menu of over 250 items. Despite this, the chain still makes much of its food in-house.
Vox has called the menu “legendary” because it is 20 pages long and contains over 250 menu items.
And the Cheesecake Factory has been named one of Fortune Magazine’s 100 “best” companies to work for ten years in a row.
There are currently around 21 Cheesecake Factories in Florida. The location in Clearwater has been reviewed over 2,100 times and earns 4.3 out of 5 stars on Google reviews.
