Nickie Nougaisse is making history with the launch of Ibol Beauty, the first 24-hour hair salon in Coral Springs, Florida.
Nougaisse, a proud Haitian-American, designed the salon with convenience and community at its core, offering full-service options like hair washing, styling, snacks, and entertainment.
In a social media post, Nickie expressed her excitement about creating a space where women can relax and reconnect.
“I wanted to create a spot where women can come together, relax, have some self-care, just recapture that sisterhood and community we used to have in the beauty shop,” she shared. “I feel like lately so much is one-on-one. Nobody’s really talking; it’s so impersonal.”

Ibol Beauty aims to blend this sense of sisterhood with cutting-edge techniques and trendsetting styles.
“We’re not neglecting just cutting-edge techniques and trend-setting hairstyles. You still get the most up-to-date styles, and you get a place where other women can pour into you and even pray over you if you need that,” she added.
