MIRAMAR, Fla. – Detectives announced Saturday that a 43-year-old man and 40-year-old woman had died in a murder-suicide in Miramar. According to the Miramar Police Department, Willie Lee Sims fatally shot Doris Giovanni Black on Friday and then shot himself in a house at the Windsor Palms gated community.
