PHILADELPHIA, PA.- U.S. Attorney Jacqueline C. Romero reported that on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, Philip C. Pulley, 62, of Hunting Valley, Pennsylvania, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and pleaded guilty before U.S. District Court Judge Mitchell S. Goldberg on charges of Falsely Registering to Vote and Double Voting.
