COOPER CITY, Fla. – A man survived and a woman has died after the vehicle they were in plowed into a canal in Cooper City Wednesday morning, authorities confirmed. According to Broward Sheriff’s Office spokesman Carey Codd, the crash was reported at about 6 a.m. in the area of Griffin Road and Southwest 90th Avenue.
