Authorities in Miami are in the midst of an investigation following a troubling discovery in a downtown luxury apartment building. The Miami Police Department reported the discovery of what seems to be human remains in a trash chute. The initial report came from the building at 100 Northwest 6th Street yesterday morning, as confirmed by NBC Miami.
