MIAMI – Authorities are investigating after a body was discovered Thursday morning on the side of the Julia Tuttle Causeway in Miami. Sky 10 was above the scene, just east of Biscayne and spotted a white tarp covering the victim’s body on a grassy area right to the side of the eastbound lanes of the causeway.
