Spirit Airlines is celebrating its new daily, nonstop service connecting Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), launched on October 10. This marks Spirit’s debut in Alabama, offering the only nonstop route from Birmingham to Fort Lauderdale, with affordable travel options for those heading to Florida or seeking one-stop connections to over 25 destinations in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean.
