  • Howl at the Moon , a dueling-piano chain with food and cocktails that once brought the house down at Fort Lauderdale’s Beach Place, returning in late November
  • Sixty Vines , a Texas chain with 60 wines on tap, pizza, Cabernet-infused burgers and charcuterie plates, opening in March 2025
  • Earls Kitchen + Bar , a Canada born, steak-and-seafood chain with 70 locations, opening in winter 2025
