The Pompano Beach Holiday Boat Parade, the nation’s longest-running event of its kind, will celebrate its 62nd year on December 13. The parade, starting at 7 p.m. from Lake Santa Barbara, will go on rain or shine. This year’s theme, “A Salute to our First Responders,” honors those who ensure public safety.
