Once a Sears store, Esplanade at Aventura continues to grow next to the thriving Aventura Mall.
The 215,000-square-foot complex at 19505 Biscayne Blvd., owned and managed separately from the better-known mall, recently announced several newly opened and future tenants that will take up more than a tenth of its space.
Among the newbies: A LEGO Store, STK Steakhouse and The Salty.
“We are blown away by how the community has embraced Esplanade at Aventura since our first tenant opened last year,” Eric Dinenberg, COO of parent company Seritage Growth Properties, said in a statement. “With the opening of these amazing brands and additional tenant announcements coming soon, Esplanade at Aventura will be the premier destination for all-day dining, shopping, entertainment, fitness and wellness.”
