The Broward Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 58-year-old Pompano Beach resident, Arthur Richard Manno, who has not been seen since November 29, 2022; Manno is described as standing 5 feet and 9 inches tall, weighing about 190 pounds, and having black hair and blue eyes, and he was last spotted near 1327 S. Dixie Highway.
