DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) – Delray Beach police are urgently searching for a 32-year-old woman who has been missing for nearly three weeks. The Delray Beach Police Department (DBPD) stated that Elise Ivy Bernstein was last seen on December 15, 2024, leaving her home by foot in Delray Beach located in the 200 Southeast 5th Avenue area.
