Two Miami sentenced to life for brutal Opa-locka truck yard murders

MIAMI, Fla. (CBS12) — Two Miami men were sentenced to life Tuesday after being convicted of kidnapping, torturing, and murdering people in an Opa-locka truck yard.

A co-conspirator was also sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison for his involvement.

According to evidence presented in the trial, on Dec. 5, 2020, 59-year-old James Edward Daniels, 69-year-old Frederick Eugene Rudolph, and 56-year-old Herbert Barr kidnapped three victims from a truck yard in Opa Locka…
