‘Triggered’ WPB man accused of ramming into Boca Raton Fire engine, fleeing

BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — A driver’s roadside outburst landed him in handcuffs Friday after he allegedly yelled at firefighters, hit their fire engine, and sped off.

At around 1 p.m., officers with the Boca Raton Police Department (BRPD) responded to W. Palmetto Park Road and I-95 for a call that a vehicle was forcing people off the road.
