SWEETWATER, Fla. – A man used a pen with a hidden camera and placed it facing the toilet seat area to record The Cosmetics Company Store employees in Dolphin Mall, police said.
Police officers reported watching a video showing Bernardo Pellicer, who was born in Cuba and lives in Kendall, “meticulously looking for spots in the cleaning supply cart where he could place the pen.”
Police officers reported another video shows a victim who worked with Pellicer finding the pen while using the toilet and saying, “What the [expletive] is this?”…
