NORTH MIAMI, FLA. (WSVN) – A rising Miami rapper is speaking out and taking legal action after, she said an Uber driver who was captured on cellphone video pulled a gun on her and another passenger during a ride.
The scary encounter was caught on video during the overnight hours, during a ride between Hollywood and North Miami, and shared on social media Tuesday morning.
