Venezuelan man accused of manufacturing, selling drugs out of Miami Beach apartment with toddler present

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A Venezuelan man was arrested Tuesday after Miami Beach police said he was manufacturing drugs and selling them out of his apartment unit where he lived with his 3-year-old son.

According to his arrest report, an undercover detective called Martin Andres Romero, 36, on June 19 and inquired about purchasing $200 worth of cocaine.

Police said Romero agreed to the transaction and met up with the detective outside his apartment unit…
