May Fu rat problem remains, China One shut for roaches again, roaches caught in cafeteria

Several South Florida restaurants were ordered shut last week by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Local 10 News previously featured May Fu in Miami in a Dirty Dining segment. The restaurant has since been re-inspected multiple times and remains closed after inspectors repeatedly found a live rodent and extensive droppings throughout the kitchen, dining room and storage areas.

Piccadilly Cafeteria in Hollywood was shut down following a complaint inspection that uncovered live and dead roaches in the dining area, some stuck to duct tape. There were unsanitary dishwashing conditions, and no certified food manager on duty…
